Pricing...
As a rule of thumb, Talishouse™ and Glasshouse™ kits for DIY construction will cost about $100 per square foot, pre-existing foundation to standard flat roof. Talistowns™ subscribers subtract from that:
- 5% of MSRP they make as Referral Fees at the Talispros™ level, if unit(s) are built within 12 months of a referral);
- Another 10% of MSRP the make as procurement bonuses at the Talisboss™ level, if they brokered unit purchases, locally; and
- A final 10% of MSRP as SPLITS level profit sharing at the Talisworks™ level, if they, or someone they designated, manage the project on location.
In other words, subscribers, for whom Talistowns™ are a legitimate business initiative, will gross $25 per sq.ft. on product of which they can complete between 1,950 and 2,600 sq.ft. per month, given they have the workload and a crew of four that has access to a mini-excavator (or equivalent) for some preparatory work and heavy lifting, and some basic welding / fabricating skills to tack steel structures. Talistowns™ are a self employment opportunity.
